Why have an online Video consultation

Here at Hereford Osteopathic Centre we are now offering Video consultations.

These consultations are similar to our in person consultations, when seeing a new patient we take a full and detailed case history (this involves lots of questions) to give us an idea of your condition and who you are as a person.

We then do a examination, this will consist of asking you to do a few movements to check how its moving and if any movements in paticular are causing pain.

These two componenets will then allow us to make a working diagnosis that can help guide our treatment and get you on the way to recovery.

A personalised set of exercises and strategies will be designed for you to get you out of pain and moving better.

In these difficult times we have adapted to using video consultations to keep our patients safe and to keep helping our patients optimize their health.
