5 Things we offer at HOC you might not know about !

Here at Hereford Osteopathic Centre we offer a range of treatments to help patients out of pain and to then optimise their health, these include;

  1. Neurolinguistic Programming - A technique which uses language, behaviour and positive thinking to instil a positive attitude to the challenges life sets us.

  2. Lifestyle Coaching - This can range from helping you make a change in your diet to dealing with emotional stress. We use a number of strategies combined with goal setting to make small changes to your lifestyle that can become positive lifelong habits.

  3. Exercise Advice and Prescription - We can recommend exercise and program exercise to suit your goals, be it; health, rehabilitation and even fat loss. Jamie has over 9 years of experience in the health and fitness field.

  4. Pilates Classes - We are currently running two Pilates Classes at Moccas Village Hall (HR2 9LQ). They will take place from Monday 13th January till 24th February every Monday at 7pm. We also run a daytime Class from 13th February till 12th of March every Thursday at 11.30am. These are primarily aimed towards beginners and/or people dealing with chronic pain. You don’t have to book you just turn up and enjoy the class.

  5. Acupuncture - we target specific trigger points in the body to help relieve pain and discomfort. This is offered by Sarah only at the moment.
