“I had suffered from muscular pain in my left shoulder blade and arm for four months and an X Ray had not revealed any problems. I contacted Herefordosteopaths for an appointment at their Letton offices. Sarah took a picture and showed me muscle bunching in the form of a curve shadowing the left shoulder blade. She proceeded to manipulate the area and treated my other minor aches and pains. On completion of the treatment a further picture was taken and I was able to compare the before and after pictures. The muscle bunching had completely disappeared and I had regained full movement. There was a follow up session a week later which was a kind of MOT and confirmed that the recovery was permanent.
