To Hereford

From the South (Ross-on-Wye direction):

  • Come into Hereford on the A49.
  • Once within the city limits turn left at the second set of traffic lights at the roundabout, towards Avergavanney (A465). Do not cross the river. This is Belmont Road.
  • As you leave the roundabout you will see some railings by the pavement on the right. We are at the far end of the railings. At the end of the railings pull into the right; there is patients' parking at the side of the building and the entrance is round the front.

From the North, through Hereford City:

  • From within Hereford City, follow signs to Ross-on-Wye (A49) and cross the river Wye.
  • Immediately after the river bridge, turn right at the roundabout and traffic lights, towards Abergavenny (A465). This is Belmont Road.
  • As you leave the roundabout you will see some railings by the pavement on the right. We are at the far end of the railings. At the end of the railings pull into the right; there is patients' parking at the side of the building and the entrance is round the front.

From the West (Abergavenny direction):

  • Come into Hereford on the Abergavenny road (A465) past Belmont Abbey, straight over the roundabout by the Tesco Supermarket and into the 30 mph speed limit.
  • Go under the steel railway bridge and after approx 200 yards you will see ahead of you some silver railings by the pavement on the left.
  • At the beginning of the railings, pull into the left.
  • There is patients' parking at the side of the building and the entrance is round the front.

To Ross-on-Wye

  • At the Wilton roundabout, at the junction between the M50/A40 Monmouth road and the A49 road to Hereford, turn towards Ross-on-Wye. There is a petrol station on the roundabout.
  • Cross the two bridges over the River Wye and shortly the road bends left, under a cliff on the right.
  • Soon the road bends sharply to the left, with the one-way system. After the bend, there is a modern church on the right.
  • Immediately take the first turning right, into New Street.
  • Berkeley House is half the way down the street on the left.
  • There is half-hour parking in the street and a car park a quarter of the way down the street on the right.
